Support Workers
We are a specialist service, in the Bournemouth area supporting individuals with learning disabilities, ASD and mental health conditions. we aim to support in a person centred way to enjoy a full range of activities and access the community as independently as possible in order to live their most fulfilling lives.
The role of a Support worker is to provide personal care and support to our service users in accordance with their care plan, ensuring a high standard of care is provided in a safe, positive and stimulating home environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO WORK
- You must have the right to work within the UK.
- You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively.
- A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
- NVQ Level 2 desirable or a willingness towards this.
*The position will be subject to a DBS being completed, although DBS’ registered to the update service are acceptable.
